It is worth notifying that the Spanish government has introduced a ‘Golden Visa’, which grants automatically permanent residence for those who purchased the property for the price of €500 000 or more.

Nonetheless, all documents and contracts should be translated by an independent translator for those who are not familiar with Spanish.
