With more than 15 years of professional experience, Carlos is one of the firm’s partners and leads the Litigation Practice. He is widely acknowledged as a leading practitioner in various types of legal proceedings, particularly civil, corporate, commercial, and administrative litigation.

Recognized in several international rankings as a top specialist in dispute resolution, he has represented world-renowned companies in high-profile cases involving general commercial law and corporate disputes. His practice includes offering legal representation before the courts across all judicial districts in Spain.

His expertise extends beyond litigation to Corporate and Commercial Law, where he advises companies—especially international clients—on day-to-day legal matters, corporate governance, and contract drafting.

He also has significant experience in Restructuring and Insolvency Law, frequently representing creditors in insolvency proceedings and supporting negotiations between debtors and creditors to safeguard interests and minimize losses. His work in this area has consistently earned recognition in leading rankings.

In addition, he provides comprehensive advisory services in real estate transactions, having led numerous cross-border operations for local developers as well as international investors. He is also active in the energy and natural resources sector, particularly in renewable energy projects. This includes advising on regulatory and contractual issues related to the construction and operation of photovoltaic parks, as well as negotiating agreements between energy generators and tenants. He further assists electricity consumers with matters concerning maximum pricing regulations and the settlement of overpayments.

Carlos also has extensive experience in Inheritance and Succession Law, including will drafting, inheritance claims, and the distribution and liquidation of estate assets. His practice in this area combines personalized legal advice with in-depth international expertise.
