She has a deep understanding of the legal systems of Panama and Spain and she is skilled in a variety of legal practice areas.
She gained experience working as an official of the Judicial Branch of Panama (civil courts and Second Superior Court, criminal) and of the Panamanian Diplomatic Corps in Barcelona.
Dora is a consultant specializing in the management and prevention of medical malpractice and legal liability in the healthcare industry. She is also a legal advisor to associations of health professionals and the Medical Association of Panama.
