Julia is one of the founding partners of the Firm. She has over 15 years of experience in the practice of law in Spain and Poland.
Julia is a highly experienced lawyer with a proven track record of success in the Spanish and Polish legal markets. She is a specialist in real estate law and has advised on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and development projects. She is also recognized for her business insight and ability to manage projects in a multicultural environment.
On everyday basis, Julia works with foreign Clients, supervising and providing comprehensive assistance in the acquisition or sale of real estate. She practices in the areas of real estate and construction law, leases, establishment of companies in Spain, financing and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
She defends and represents Clients at all stages of proceedings, both before arbitration tribunals and courts. She specializes in the resolution of disputes in civil and criminal law. She also assists Clients at the pre-trial stage, participates in settlement negotiations and, in case of problems with reaching the agreement, may represent them before the courts, including cases of disputes arising from the enforcement of judicial and extra-judicial titles.
Julia is a skilled lawyer with experience in international litigation, particularly representing European Union companies in Spain. She uses her legal knowledge and experience to help Clients achieve their international business goals.
In terms of criminal proceedings, she helps with all types of economic criminal cases, especially white-collar crimes, both defending the accused and the victims.
In addition, she is an expert in compensation procedures: traffic accidents, medical malpractice and other types of claims, defending cases before public bodies and private insurers.
